The script must be PHP and work with mySQL. This would include a (web browser based) Administrative Control panel. From this control panel the following can be done: add more users (that can use the control panel) add sales listings (homes for sale) add rental listings (properties for rent) select if listing is feature listing (so can be diplayed on index page) upload pictures for a listing (web based forms upload) auto resize of pictures (gd) (admin would set sizes) auto generation of slideshow (I prefer javascript, but other ok) add link to virtual tour I use dreamweaver and would create a template to use. You will have access to the server to set up database(s). This will be a server with Ensim or Cpanel, so set up will be easy. Also FTP acess will be provided to install script. In PMB please provide a link to your real estate script control panel and any completed real estate sites. I do not need or want a script that has thousands of features. It needs to have the above and it needs to work properly. More features are alright as long as everything works. I will escrow payment(s) to scriptlance. We currently may have three sites that we could use this on.
