PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BRIEF BEFORE BIDDING: User signs up (name, email address and password is entered), or, if a returning visitor, logs in with email address and password. User enters the address of the person they wish to send a file to, browses for a file, then clicks to upload it (a small popup progress window opens, showing the upload progress). Once uploaded, the person you are sending to receives an email with an explanatory message, the senders name, email, and a link to download the file. The sender also receives a confirmation email. If not picked up, the file is automatically deleted after x number of days. A simple admin areas is required where the admin logs in and sets the maximum file size, and the number of days a file is saved for before being deleted (these quotas are then changed wherever they appear on the site and in the system emails). There should also be the ability (very important) to set a maximum daily limit for uploads, in terms of MB/GB. If the limit is reached the site shows a message such as "Sorry the maximum daily upload limit has been reached. Please come back tomorrow.", and the ability to login and upload is disabled. Finally the admin area should allow you to change the message shown in the system emails. YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID: Signup for a free account with dropload.com and thoroughly examine the sites' functionality. I want a similar site, which looks simple and nicely presented (just like dropload). The developed site needs to be safe and secure - the server it is to be installed on must not be compromised by what is uploaded (files such as .exe and .pif etc should be disabled).
