Description:

I have 2 forms on a webpage. One allows the user to enter an ID and it prefills
a link using Javascript. The other is an email capture that goes to an
autoresponder.

The First form is interfering with the second. When someone fills out the email
capture form (after first filling in info for the first form) the email capture
tries to submit data from the first form along with the name and email variables
from the email capture.

Need someone to debug this.
