Description:	looking for an expert php programmer to finish a hotornot based website. The site is located at rateabull dot comm....(no www) Most of the site's backend coding is finished except graphics implimenation is needed for all pages...programmer must have a good eye for art and the first page must look identical to the attached .jpg file. The main page must include a meetme page and installation/creation of GD to generate the text in the "spot the hottie" area in the .jpg. Programmer must agree to completing the index.php first which strictly must look "exactly" like the .jpg before any money is escrowed. All pages are already accompanied with a layout design .psd format. Integrating of these pages will be required...programmer must haved advanced knowledge of php, mysql and javascript. A builtin email program is used and will also need graphical reconstruction based on premade .psd files as well. Each page must be suitable for view in different resolutions, so layer tricks with screen resolution detection is required. The website is to be completely quality checked and fixed for bugs. Project must be first priority before other projects and must be completed in 7 days. Programmer must update us daily on completed sections of work and NO COMMUNICATION, NO PROJECT.
