Description:

I have a friend who is a counselor and needs a simple website built to sell
course material.
Visitors to this site will be able to see several different descriptions of
online counseling help courses (products) that they can purchase.
Should a visitor choose to purchase a course they will first register with the
site and then make payment via PayPal. Registered users may opt in/out for
email notifications.
After purchasing and registering the customer will be able to access the
course/product that they purchased which is a simple HTML file. This customer
can at any time log into their account to access the password protected course
material.
After the customer has read the course material he/she will be able to take a
short HTML True or False quiz.
When the quiz is completed the incorrectly answered questions should indicate
the correct response. Finally there is a “Show Certificate” button to display
the customer's “Completion Certificate”
There needs to be a small admin area to “create” the quizzes. Additionally it
should be possible upload the course descriptions and material for sale, from
the admin area.
All text and products will be provided to you. It will be necessary for you to
build the entire site including a professional design and graphics.
As the programmer it is up to you how the site should be built. It would be fine
to use something like Oscommerce. Please keep in mind that my friend is on a
tight budget.
