Files will be from more that one store for a given product and will have at the min these fields for products * Product ID * Product Name * SKU Number * Primary Category * Product URL * Product Image URL * Short Product Description * Retail Price Urls from data feed must be hidden on site Also, would need a rule that local store product info would be on top of any online store info. Will need a way to manually enter data via an admin part. 1)Data feed for all online store would come in from 3-5 data feeds. 2) Primary keys will be needed to match all data feeds and local data. 3) search fields in site need to work with the Product Name, Product ID and SKU Number. 4) Need Price for any additional data feeds in quote. 5**) Search Engine placement work needs to be priced individually and stated what you guarantee as far as results and work done - Please describe past results 6)We will own all rights to code. 7)Code will have notes so we will know where we can place banner ads and change or enter new info. 8)Need Admin control to enter local data and enter local store info for online stores 9)backend admin to have a master user account and sub-control ones that we can assign username and password and see what they added - Please price this part!! 10) Site needs a membership area, that we collect user info and a way to send email out ( with there name in the email).
