It should have all the other functions of the website above such as banner rotation and MUST be very user-friendly !! as well as a super easy admin panel as follows... NOTES PAGES OPTION-I should be able to add announcements and features to the site with the click of a button so as soon as I hit submit my message will be "live" PREMIUM USER OPTIONS- ability to enter client name and they become a premium user! FEATURED PROPERTY OPTIONS-add delete edit remove featured properties USER OPTIONS- I need to know who's registered at my site..I need the ability to view all registered users as well as remove users if I deem necessary LISTING OPTIONS- here I should be able to list every property that is currently on the site as well as edit them for moderation purposes SITE ADVERTISEMENT OPTIONS-I need to view how many visitors click on banners (which banners are most popular etc..) add advertisements-banners (via browse button) remove ads/banners and list ads to circulate throughout the site... NEWSLETTER MANAGER- automatic email to welcome new signups for advertising or simply for those who register given me the ability to change edit same newsletter MAILING LIST OPTIONS-Gives me the ability to send and individual email or group emails to my list and the ability to add muy own email addresses PLEASE REVIEW THE WEBSITE MENTIONED ABOVE THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO MAKING A BID!
