here are the details:
I want a clone of this site (http://www.fropper.com) exactly with all features
except the shopping section, I don't need it.
The modifications:
I want my existing forum members to be transferred to the new system and the
forum posts too.
The script should support two languages, English and non-English language and
you need to create separated template and image folder and language file for
each language.
I need to be able to create different types of membership and I need to be able
to control the profile fields for each membership (add, edit, delete).
Each feature can be turned on/off or assigned to specific membership.
I want more details in the index page like detailed statistics, site news,
featured profiles, Poll.
I want high quality design and graphics, icons, etc.

I have all the rights (copyright/resale/modify, etc).
Payment terms:
(20% escrowed when you start, 20% escrowed once the project is at least 50%
complete as agreed by both parties, and the remaining 60% escrowed on completion
(I need to see working demo in your site)and all the payments will be
transferred after I receive the script and all source files and install the
script on my site, I should be able to install it on my sheared hosting web site
(Linux)).
