articles on my site. No article can be submitted unless they have an approved username and password. Then I would still approve the article before it is shown. The script would notify me when an article is submitted. Each article would have their own category or name, so if I have an author whose name is John Smith and the category assigned to him is prayers, then everytime John Smith submits an article, then it is assigned to the prayer category. On the front page of the script it would display the following results. Category names in alphabeticle order. When they click on the category name, it would take them to the category page that would list all articles in that category. Also on the frontpage, it would list the category and the last three articles in that category and a the first few lines of each article. (This should update when a new article is approved.) A visitor could then click on the artile heading and it will take them to the article itself for them to read. On the category page, At the top of the page there should be a place for a brief bio of the author that I would enter and edit in the admin section. It should list all articles in that category and how many times the article has been read. The articles should list from most recent to the oldest. There should be a limit on how many articles are listed on the page and then once it passes the limit, it should go to the next page that continues the listings. On the article page, it should print out the article and then list how many times it has been viewed. In the admin section, I should be able to add, delete or modify authors. The author would be assigned a username, password, picture, category name and bio. This should be able to receive HTML input. Also in the admin section, I should be able to approve, edit or delete articles, categories. In editing the article I should be able to adjust the submission date, read amounts and content. I think that is all.
