This site will be fore people to sign up to get their sites advertised. They
will pay money to me to put into my advertising accounts and make their sites
see traffic like never before. They will either money wire or paypal me funds. I
will verify them and then put the amount the paid in their account everyday I
will minus the amount sent and it shows a balance of the remaining money. The
user will get graphs and such (pictures) showing the performance of the
advertising. The user then can import the stats they had to see a chart of
earnings and such. Also included will be a support system. (ticket system).

Time frame is MAX 2 weeks.

Design for the site must also be great. I can't have it look less then perfect.
So to sum it up make a cool design for the site with a good logo.
The code must be running great, however I don't care if you use opensource code
and put it all together.,.. but it must all run perfectly together, no problems.
