now. We want to install WordPress and then customize it so that it looks just like the current site. That should involve some very heavy editing of the WordPress installation. The theme should be consistent throughout the site. Stage 2: Create several mortgage calculators using javascript so that the answers dynamically change as the person is entering data. Take a look at the calculator on the front page of the current site (www.BuffingtonMortgage.com). That is the simple calculator but it is not dynamic. In other words, you have to click "submit" before you can see the answer. We have about 15 different calculators that need to be created. We'll give you the formula for each one and you need to write the script and java/javascripts to make it work. Stage 3: Create a password protected part of the site. This can be integrated in with WordPress or totally seperate. When someone comes into the site they will be able to use the simple calculator without registering. But, if they want to use the more advanced mortgage calculator then they have to fill out a simple form and an email will be mailed to them. Create this! Stage 4: Set up an automailer. When someone fills out the form in stage 3 then we will capture their email address. Then, we need a solution that I can create several personalized followup emails that go out x days, y days, z days, etc. after the initial registration. I'm sure that there is open source software already written for this kind of thing. Make your recommendation in your bid. NOTE: The automailer needs to have several different "tracks" of responses depending on a field in the form the customer filled out. For example, if the "track" field is "calculator" then we followup with emails A,B,C. If the track is "investments" then we followup with A,D,E,F. If it is "condos" then it is x,y,z etc. etc. There needs to be flexibility to create as many different tracks as I need. Priority will be given to those that could start this project right away with a good turnaround time. I highly value good communication and lots of questions.
