Description:

I am looking for a web design for my company Graphic Kraze. I have a site,
however I am looking for something new. You can view our site at
http://www.lihost.net/graphic/
I would like the site to look very professional. We are in the business of
Custom Screen Printing, Embroidery, Signs, Lettering and Printing.
The Site would need to inlcude the following, a contact form, a form for quotes,
a form where they can submit artwork with it and a payment form where they can
enter the order info and the amount and it will bring them to a paypal checkout
page to complete and pay for the order. I would also like a photogallery where
I can put past work and I would like photogallery where I can put photos of our
shop.

I would like to see design mockups before I chooese. Also because of the fact
this job has been started before but never completed.
