assets online. Manages an internal lead database of your prospects and linking partners. The lead objects fall into pre-defined Marketing Lead Types Defined below. The data system should allow the user to subclass any class, including the general web lead class, and create his own class, with his own extended or reduced customized fields that includes mutliple types, and extended custom fields. All users are provided with a very user-friendly interface to search, browse and manage all the leads and objects they have collected. Management Import and export text and database formats .txt (row delimiter will be enter, field be comma, by default) .csv , .xls , html file uploads, entering the URL are all needed importing formats. Also, ability to add in single objects on the upload page. Imported information could include: Lists of Web Lead Objects: Lists of Keywords: when uploading data of type keyword, an imporance rating and CPC (optional) can be uploaded as well. These keywords can be associated with a keyword group, or can be uploaded to an UnSorted Folder, to be sorted to groups later. When uploading data of the web lead class which is sites and their relevant data and types, then , the user will have the option to auto-associate the large group of web lead objects or rows with various fields including: Main Client This Lead Relates to – (can have more clients later, this is just the first) Relationship TYpe - Site Type - Search Phrase Used to find Term Engine Used Category that relates to the site Importance - 0 to 10 Note - space for new note with upload. All objects should point to this note by reference, not data. Date and Time (auto) User (auto) Exporting To text To csv. To HTML - links per page , style, title, anchor text(s), keywords list 1, keywords list 2, premium links. To link page object - see final section. To Email - export list and send to custom email address. (text, csv, or html) Management features Supports bulk emailing to any list or search. This means messages need to be stored, and corrolated to certain client-sites. Lists of web leads will be selected, and all email addresses from that group will be emailed. The interface to create new messages must include the ability to include dynamic fields that our system stores, such as pagerank, sitename, etc. Please see attachment for datatypes and extended features. Note, this Database system can be implemented for 1. Lead Database of website companies for informational purposes 2.
