happens. We have a system that is a remote help desk that we are currently building. This is the way it works: 1) User Clicks icon in system try and clicks request support. 2) The web browser opens asking the user for e-mail address, password and description of problem. 3) User submits request and adds request to MySQL database. 4) A technician answers the call and updates database along with his ip addess 5) Users screen refreshes every 6 seconds and pulls query to see if a technician has answered call. 6) If technician answered call then it pulls a new query to get the technicians IP address. Now here is what we need you to do: 7) The PHP page that pulls the IP address from the MySQL database needs to build the reverse connection to the technician and initiate the call with the IP:Port. NOTE: The ports on all technicians PC's will always be the same. We need the server to either be an icon in the system tray or be on the webpage that they pull up. If it is in the web page I will create the system tray icon for them to connect to the site. Let me know if you need any other information. Thank you for your bids.
