Description:

Site Launch Date is May 1, 2005. Decision just made to go with Video Chat
instead of just Flash Chat. Video Chat program needed ASAP.
Need a Flash Video Chat program that be easily integrated into a mySQL database
driven membership website. Video, voice & text chat in a web based version.
Members should not need to log into the chat individually of logging into the
site.
Peer to peer (p2p) would most likely be the best option for us.
php conection to my user DB is needed.
Only 'Deluxe' users can create 1 private chat room. This room will be with a
time limit of 1 hour, then automatically closed & deleted
Only 'Deluxe' users can have access to the video chat.
'Premium' members have access to Voice and text chat, but not video chat.
'Standard' members can only text chat.
Users profile should be a link to the member's site profile.

Should be able to support large groups of chatters, as our roster is over 17000
members and growing every day. Granted all 17000 will not online at the same
time and at least 1/4 of them do not even own computers.

Please provide bids based on a program written with the Flash
communications web server that will allow a large number of chatters at one
time. The capability for the member to choose up to 6 videos to view at one time
would also be desired. We would like to also implement the capability for
members to play multi-player games.
