Description:	This Project is for a proxy scanning system. The system needs to be able to scan for HTTP, Sock S4 and S5 proxies only on non-standard ports, with high anonnimity and non detectable. The system must be always scanning proxies to have at least 10000 working proxies every moment. It sould have an option to export the working proxies to a txt file in the format ip:non-standard port. This program should have an option to search only determinates countries. I know a site working a script like this, that will make you to see what I need with your own eyes, but it should only be revealed to the selected programmer interested in this project, only for privacy.
