Description:	We need a small application that sits in the tray area. When clicked on the icon or typed a hotkey a form appears where you can enter a thought. The form will have 3-4 fields and a list that shows the last few entries. The form memorizes it size and position based on the current screen resolution (and defaults to a value if no screen resolution is memorized). Data entered is stored in an XML structure (we provide the format) on a per time-period basis (configurable): per day/week/month. The XML file might be read by a different application, so read conflict checking is needed. The storage location could be a URL (file:// and http://) 3 Phases: Tool for Windows Tool for Linux (Gnome/KDE) Tool for Mac We would prefer Java/SWT but Swing is acceptable.
