Description:	Hello, I would like to have the code to do a pop up like you get when you go to www.fool.com It shades out the entire website and highlights the pop up window. I don't know if it can be done in dhtml to be unblockable or not. I believe the one at fool.com is javascript. - Pop up needs to have a visible close function so the viewer can easily exit. - Is it possible to put a delay function on it. ie. popup shows up after 5 seconds of page loading. - It needs to set a cookie so the viewer does not see the popup every time they visit that page.
