winner (NOT money), but have the capability of every card being a possible big winner. Need to be able to control the odds and percentages of payoff. These cards will be available through our websites and are purchased (different prices ex. $5, $10...ect) by customer. Must be able to use a PayPal and credit card processing gateways. Need to be able to track and email customer and customer purchasing. Complete design of webpages (3 or 4 pages) a possiblity. Doesn't matter if the program is custom or adapted as long as it has all the needed features. Needs to be able to handle a large amount of customers. Additional Info (Added 9/23/2005 at 13:39 EST)... We are sorry about the delay in choosing the help that we are looking for. With all the disasters going on in Louisiana and Texas, we have had to delay the project. We WILL still be doing this, but it may be another month before we can divert the funds. We are so busy with volunteer work in the affected areas.
