It needs to have a few special features... 1st - it should be able to have 1 or 2 rss locked into it 2nd - When a new post comes from the reader, the icon in the system tray should flash (like www.freesoftwaremonthly.com) 3rd - on the side of the rss reader, there will be links to 4 or 5 websites.
