Server Operating System: RedHat Linux 9.0 or better

Would like a complete clone of the www.3gupload.com website with no less than
the wireless carriers that are listed, and/or the ability to send the downloads
directly to a cell phone number via web based interface. Would also like the
site to be WAP enabled for direct usage from cell phone.

Also considering allowing uploads the members vault. Also uploading to the main
site with the upload placed in a holding file until it is reviewed and posted
via an admin section. Admin section must have "complete" control of any users
account including access to theirs vaults to remove any questionable content.

Would also like the ability to add a paid subscription membership at a later
time, and still retain the free downloads on a limited daily basis, and be able
to send to the worldwide GSM supported countries.

Please feel free to present us with any previous projects that are similar to
this for review.

Must also have the sources to get all these ringtones, operator logos and
picture messages, and be "open" to any possible alterations of the script during
the development of the project.

Project will be awarded on lowest bid and previous project reviews.


Would also like to have an affilliate program to be added at a later date,
where affilliates would get a website of their own with the main sites content.
