Justice of Georgia" (MOJ) is to support legal and administrative reforms in Georgia by promoting comprehensive internal public administration and management reform of the MOJ. Within its activities the Project intends to support the MOJ to make a new webpage in order to increase transparency and provide for the good public awareness regarding the Ministry of Justice activities. The functions of the current bi-lingual website (www.justice.gov.ge) should be enhanced as follows: 1. Option to open and print out the text of news section separately news by news. The format of text would be HTML 2. Option to open and view one separate photo individually 3. Photo gallery functionality to open photos in series, one by one by clicking forward/backward arrow buttons as addition to the option 2. 4. Monthly calendar of the current month, iconic view highlighting the current day 5. Automated news archive function of the news, ability to browse chronologically 6. Video and audio files stored and opportunity to run and download them from the website 7. Include a section with the published brochures and envisage the opportunity for download 8. The repetitive title bar with the drop down menus should be the same for all web pages (now replicated for each page). 9. Automated links generated between language versions of pages. Possibility to "horizontally" jump between languages. 10. Include the organigram of the MOJ in a separate section 11. Include a search machine 12. Add web counter of the visitors of the page 13. Envisage an opportunity for a simple opinion survey 14. Include the hotline number in a separate visible box. 15. Include documents (forms) for download and print. 16. Other changes within the scope of this description. Excellent English is a must. Russian or Georgian knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
