Would like it in php (although HTML is ok) with some flash if possible - not on the home page!(not essential) the overall design MUST be governed by a CSS style sheet. Discussion on which would be best payment module and installation of it. The site must also be up to W3C standards - payment via paypal or scriptlnce only - i have good feedback this proves i am honest. I am not a fussy guy so do a decent job for a decent price and you get decent feedback! Lowest bidder wins so if your looking to up your rating - quickly and simply here we have a superb opportunity.
