The site must also include 2 chat rooms, a forum based on phpBB and a photo posting area. The whole site, including member profiles should be searchable. Membership renewal notices should be auto-generated a set period prior to the membership expiry. The final add-on to this site is the ability to track member’s usage of physical facilities. To enable this we wish to have the receptionist enter the usage data directly into the member’s details. Usage details cover usage of the hotel, restaurant and events and include the day of the week.
