DO NOT EVEN BID UNLESS QUALIFICATIONS ARE MET QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROGRAMMER - 1) Must have Prior Experience in Portal/CMS/PHP/Joomla/Mambo/Drupal programming work. 2) Must have exceptional Design and Graphic experience. 3) Must have a Positive Rating of over 5 stars. 4) Must show prior work portfolio of previous work PHP, Design, Graphics. 5) Must have Communications abilities via IM, EMAIL and Phone. 6) Must have a library of available PHP scripts to work with Web Site. 7) Must have your own web site that displays your services. QUALIFICATIONS FOR WINNING PROGRAMMER 1) Must have met all of the above requirements 2) Use of PMB during bid process, and communication with myself. 3) Winning Programmer will get 1/2 of bid deposited via Scriptlance upon winning bid. 4) Release of 1/2 total bid upon release of Beta Version of Project. 5) Final amount of bid placed into Escrow Scriptlance account after testing of Beta. 6) Release of Total Amount from Escrow to Programmer when Final Project is released. 7) Must Meet Project deadline of 35 Days. *** $250.00 Bonus if Project is completed before deadline. LOCAL COMMUNITY WEB SITE / PORTAL/NEWS (Summary only below, Must Read attached document) The web site will be for the area of Puyallup, Washington and surrounding areas including Tacoma, WA. This site will only have a internet audience of local surroundings. So your BID should reflect that this type of project. Not looking to go global, just local for a town of just over 52,000-70,000, which basiclly translates to most visitors about 3500. Our site will be designed and implemented with JOOMLA/Drupal or PHPCOW. Please go to www.phpcow.com to reference the PHP Software. Our site, we would like in the clone of AOL the web site, not the business model or its services. Please go to www.aol.com and review site. IMPORTANT, again, we are not looking to be a ISP or anything like that. We just like the content and look of the web site itself. JOOMLA/PHPCOW allows for the copying of web sites such as this. Again, we are not looking for the entire AOL web site to be cloned. Please read the attached word document to see what specific we would like of the web site and Project. PMB me for more details or to get better understanding for our project specifics. Added to the web site will be some other PHP Scripts to make the site a complete Community Portal. Please make sure that all scripts are compatible for the JOOMLA/PHPCOW/Drupal software. Scripts that we would like are the same things available when using AOL. So Auto, Real Estate, Dating, Horoscopes, Banner Management, etc, etc. You should have a library of scripts as part of the QUALIFICATIONS for this project. I have memberships to 2 different such script sites, www.designshrinephpfactory.com and www.dotcombuilder.com. Media Content of all types. We shall have content of Syndication feeds from all over. The site will be connected to our own local internet only radio station. (Bidders keep in mind, that we will have continual work for related projects) Our Internet radio station is currently under design. We will link our news and broadcast to the Portal web site. Also, with JOOMLA/PHPCOW/Drupal, is the ability to upload FLASH Video, Audio, etc. Video highlights will also be part of the web site. Incoming news feeds from AP, Yellowbrix and others, in RSS form. **** Please see attached document for further technical details**** All bidders will have PMB us in regards to their bids.
