encryption on server, Ability to upload compressed files and decrypt on server, Ability to zip folders on server for public/private download, Ability to make files/folders public or private, Allows remote administration, Ability to upload multiple files/folders at once (Java?), Need percent of (operation) complete meter (JavaScipt?), Must be aesthetically pleasing. Some images already designed. Also need pricing calculation script to be run nightly and ability to monitor total bandwidth per day per user. Will be using Windows Server 2003 unless instructed otherwise. May need help with server config, but server is already set up to run PHP pages (newest version of PHP), Only need help if complicated security settings. Additional Info (Added 9/12/2005 at 18:29 EST)... Also needed, a subscription management module that accepts Credit Card/PayPal Payments. Already have a PayPal account, just need it integrated in. Need users automatically locked out of the system after non-payment. Automatic monthly charges. Script managed sign ups.
