Description:
We would like to build system to collect sales data of books from major
Internet book sites for price comparisons, similar to campusi.com and
bookfinder4u.com. Therefore, we'll need a Java scraper application that
includes an API to parse book pages from different sites and run continusouly to
synchronize updates of books.

Specifically, this stand-alone Java application will need to:
1) Retrieve a list of books to be updated from a web server page request.
2) Scrape specified attributes of a book detail page from the multiple sites.
3) Upload the collected values to data server through a form post, so it can
store in the database.

The scraping process should run efficiently and stable. If possible, it should
run in multi-thread mode to save time due to thousands of books that need to be
updated among continuous runs. The configuration and search patterns should be
easily maintanable. For example, if changes to the remote source page cause
scraping to fail, the application needs to give email notification.

If the contract is reached with agreement, further details of the project
will be given.
