The plans for functionality of this site are already organized and basically-decided. The site is actually even partially designed using html/css. Perhaps I should say, the basic layout of the site is determined. This really is a killer layout. (To make things more clear: how the site will work, is decided and is explained in detail. Yuu will receive the unique and brilliantly original written plans when chosen as the pronounced and programmer. The site's layout is designed and I am looking for a web designer to complete and add some spice to what I have started. In addition the domain name for this site is already decided) This is a project in which I would like to work with a programmer/web designer in a more personalized "one-on-one" experience. This factor is very important to me. In addition, I am also looking for advice on which script to purchase/use as none of this is yet decided. I imagine that after we discuss the project further on you(the programmer) will have an idea on the crucial qualifications necessary for this site. I have already worked with a US programmer-slightly-whom I rejected as they did not satisfy my need for "one-on-one" excellent guidance and help. My budget is not yet determined however this definitely will be a growing project. This site must "make it" and will succeed. In addition to finding a programmer/web-designer I am also looking for help in other areas such as marketing/SEO. Another important factor is finding someone who will consider taking part in the partial ownership of my auction site. Perhaps they will receive a little bit of a share in the company. I do desire that you own a peace of the company because I feel this will help you increase your care/interest in helping the site succeed and will enable you to have sence loyalty towards the site. Hosting of course is another aspect of the site that I will need help in. Other aspects include, setting the site up on a dedicated server, managing the site, etc. I look forward to going into business or working with the right entrepreneur/programmer. I need to be working with someone who is very patient and ambitious. The pesron whom I will work with must tremendously care for the site. They yearn for this site to succeed.
