These events must be approved by the editor in chief before they are viewable by the public. - Also that Video Conferencing is available, not for the public, but for business use. There should be a possibility for 6 people to be communicating through the video chat. Also there should be a possibility so that these video conversations can be hidden from the public or visible to the public. - There should also be a browser bar that notifies people every time there is a new article published, with a ticker bar displaying the title of the article. - The information should be stored in mysql, preferably. - This whole news structure should be something similar to the program article manager from interactive tools, except it should not have an unlimited number of articles. - There should also be a chat program that can function inside and out of the browser window. - The time that these features are released to the public should be chosen when wanted, there should be a simple option to release it or take it away.
