Description:	I want to create a art related community so you need to work close whit me and communicate trough msn, irc or any other chat program. I create template's in HTML from every page you need to script. so you only need to script the code. and not the HTML. we have a server so you don't need to worry about that. the site will have: News, Member Page (http://member.site.com), Tutorials, Members portfolio, GFX Battle's, gfx league's (like on soccer), Intranet (where clients can ask for designs a bit like scriptlance but more advanced and imported to the community), poll's, newsletter, stats, interview's, FAQ, links. maybe more to add but i will make HTML templates for you how it is going to look. i already have some finished. the user db from the main site need to be connected to the phpbb forum we use. more in PMB STOPzilla!
