using a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel. I currently accept PayPal (and Stormpay soon) for the hosting payments on my site. I am trying to see if there is some kind of software that can be created and implemented into my site so that it automatically keeps track (querying from PayPal and StormPay maybe) of who owes money, who is behind, who cancelled their subscription, etc. I know that I always get notifications from PayPal when someone cancels their subscription...BUT, let's say they signed up for a month on 12/15, then they cancel their subscription the next day on the 16th...I can't just suspend their website then...I have to wait until a month later and REMEMBER to suspend their website if they don't pay! Also, I have many people that paid for a year up front and the same thing...I will have to remember to check each site after a YEAR!!! It's getting to be very hard so I need some software to help. I want this software to notify me when someone owes money or when they cancelled and when to suspend their account. It seems like it would be easy to do but I don't know. If this software can be installed on my site somewhere, that would be great. Whether it checks subscriptions automatically, or even if I have to go to the URL and enter in when people cancel, that's okay. I just need a database of it so I can search for a particular customer, domain name or whatever AND I need it to notify me of things by email. STOPzilla! Anti-Spyware Software
