criteria: 1) Users can subscribe to each others blogs 2) All information, (content of blog) to appear in a predetermined size box that will be given by me. 3) When a user blogs, a subscribed member should be able to see, in real time, what the user is typing. 4) Blog can also be saved in archive as normal. Job must be completed with the upmost professional work ethics, and MUST be completed on-time, or programmer will only receive 3/4 of total cost for project. The job may require some designing of the box and layout and such. Programmer sets the deadline date. Integration will be done by my side, so programmer need not worry about that. They must, however, be available after the project is handed over to me, in case there are any problems after integration. Bugs must be fixed, or assistance must be given. These are all mandatory. Payment will be given via Escrow ONLY. 50% given after the first demo is shown, and the rest upon completion and notification that integration was successful without any bugs. I only ask serious, professional, hard working, and not GOOD, but EXCELLENT programmers to bid. You must leave references of previous work to be considered as I will not pick without extensive research on previous sites. I want someone who understands the requirements and will complete ON TIME. Also, any work will be contracted, the rights given exclusively to me after the work is complete. Programmer will no longer be able to use, modify or sell the same script after this project.
