Description:	A small Java Swings application that implements Dijskstra's algorithm needs to be implemented. The applicaition requires components to be places on a the screen and then wires should be able to be drawn between the components. When the program is run, it should find the shortest path(using Dijkstra's algorithm) and then highlight it. A load and save feature needs to exist. And a COMPLETE documentation needs to be included. This includes a simple class diagram explaining their connections, Javadocs, 3-4 page user manual, and a written report of an explanation of the software design(10 pages minimum). The code should be SIMPLE. The software HAS TO BE COMPLETED by the 15th August 2005 at 12:01am GMT(mid-night of 14th).
