software available (in terms of user experience). There are a few basic fundamental parameters, which are as follows: 1) It must be a subscription service with AUTOMATIC re-billing. If a subscription can not be processed, the users account should be suspended and they should receive an email asking them to update their billing information. 2) The payment processor should NOT be Paypal. The payment processor we use does not support recurring billing so part of this job is to tell me which payment processor to sign up with (for UK payments). We also have an account with 2CO but they do not seem to have a ‘straight through' payment process from what I can tell (I could be wrong). 3) It must have a straight through payment process with one order page only (ie. the subscriber sees just one page when ordering their subscription). It should not be a case of having to fill out a shopping cart form, followed by confirming the order with the payment processor after they submit their order. In other words, the user should click ‘subscribe now' and be directed to the order page. When they click the ‘submit' button on the order page, they should be subscribed. If this is not clear, I am happy to clarify what I mean. 4) I need to have a list of all subscribers email addresses automatically generated in to a downloadable list, ideally in csv format. 5) The site should be hosted with us, not a third party provider (unless I am mis-guided and it would be better to use a third-party host). I am guessing that all of the above elements will be available in a software package available for sale. The job is to identify this software, tell me which payment processor to sign up with for the recurring billing and to install and integrate everything to give the finished product.
