Description:	Hello I would like to have a site built that is for technical jobs, I am looking for the site to be able to have accounts for people looking for jobs, as well as companies posting jobs. It should have an administrator page that allows complete control over the whole web site, all data being stored in a mysql database. For each user who creates an account, they shoudl be able to track jobs, flag favorites that show up in there own "My Account" page. As well as have a messenging built into the site, so an employer can communicate thru the site to job applicants. Also for employers, there page should be able to display all there job postings, as well as applicants they are in contact with (like an inbox and folders to sort messages) Please only serious bidders, and people who are not overwelmed with jobs, and will work to completion with the highest quality.
