Description:	This socket server will be used to connect a flash movie to the server using XMLSocket. No flash programming is required, the socket server just must be compatible with the flash movie. The application should be written as a multi-thread Java server running. The server will interface with a mySQL database using JODB. The program should have a configuration table in the database which will allow the user to set the IP's and ports the program will be listening on. The program will normally be operating on port 80.
