Description:	What I want is themechanics of a yellow page site where I can charge the advertisers per impression. That is for every search that returns thier listing as a result thier account would be debited. Listings will be offered to mortgage companies and insurance agents on a pay per impression basis so that comsumers will be able to find mortgage and insurance reps local to them. It will have to include and area where advertisers can input thier information and fund thier account. The search, for the consumers should be by selecting thier state from a map ( I have one) or by inputing thier zip code. The zip code search should pull listings from a radius big enough to deliver 5 to 10 results. The site should also have an area where advertisers could join and pay a flat annual rate and thereby be exempt form the pay per impression charge. I am not very good at describing what I want but I am very clear with it, so call me to ask questions 301-493-6500.
