I am an easy client, with a relatively easy request which should take minimal programming. I have programming experience, however, I stopped programming roughly 10 years ago with C/C++, so I DO have an idea of just how much coding my project will take. If you did not care to read and/or understand what has been said thusfar, I guarantee you will NOT win the bid. That being said. I wish to have a feedback system implemented into a website. Details of the implementation ARE confidential and should you be chosen, you WILL need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as well as a Non-Compete Agreement which will legally ensure total confidentiallity of this project. Only US based programmers should bid!! (This is not due to descrimination but rather legal reasons). You are EXPECTED to be fluent in the English language. Unfortunately, I cannot disclose a great deal of details, however, I will go on to give you, an idea of payment. I pay upon completion. If this is an issue, you are NOT the programmer for this project. I do NOT expect you to move any intellectual property (ie. your coding) to any of my servers until payment is made, however, I do expect you to have a server in which your progress can be monitored and/or tested! Should I feel you're making timely and ACCURATE progress, I will have no issues paying you as you go, though do NOT make it an expectation before bidding. Although, should you display your professionalism and proficientcy (ie. coding skills) to my satisfaction, as aforementioned, you will be paid as you progress. If I feel you are a waste of my time, you will know it immediately and you will not be paid. I am a professional and as such, I do not pay for services before they are provided. It rarely is the case in anything else in the world, so please do not expect web programming to be any different. Your bid will be reviewed in GREAT detail and you should make your bid comment as UNIQUE as possible. You should note that you understand you will be expected to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and NCA (Non-Compete Agreement) should you be chosen for the project, so that I know you have read my description. You MUST NOTE in your bid that you UNDERSTAND (if accepted) that you MUST sign a NDA and NCA. Consideration factors are simply: 1. Price 2. Rating 3. Ability to read and take 2 minutes of your time to properly/fully read my description I am completely aware that since I am forced to be somewhat vague that a price is difficult to deduct, however, so long as it is reasonable AND you have met the other two factors above, you may very well be chosen. You should also know that the premise of the website in which this feedback system will be implemented has high expectations to be quite profitable. The programmer chosen (assuming said programmer met our needs) WILL have a permenant position as our chosen web programmer (for updates as well as additions to the website) and will receive bonuses based on profit margins of the website. We estimate approximately 20,000 members will sign on to this website in its first year. The bonus received using this extremely conservative estimation would be roughly $3k. We understand that to a programmer interested in an income this may appear as pure speculation at best, however, should the programmer believe in our project as well as THEIR programming ability, there is no reason why a $3k bonus in just the first year should not be obtainable. *** I had previously listed this project under a name in which is no longer accessible due to inactivity.
