It needs to ability to invoice customers and track payments. I also need to have a "shopping cart" program so customers can browse online and choose items they would like to rent. This will let them obtain instant quotes and place orders right online. The orders will still need confirmed by our own administrator... but the software needs to calculate delivery and use its knowledge of the current inventory and pre-booked equipment.
