Description:	I am looking for a clone of the Feedback system in Ebay. I am wanting a rating system that allows the user to either give 1 Point or take away 1 Point, or be neutral (0 point add) on any given topic or subject. So, pretty much just like Ebay's Feedback System is... I do want to IP Check so that the same user cannot vote more than once on a given subject/topic. I would like an admin area so that I can manage the various topics that users are rating. This feature should require that the user be a member (which I want the ability to have a member system that can be interchangeable between being free and being a charged system.) I have seen several scripts on Hotscripts and other websites for an entire Auction script including feedback, however these will not work for me since I only want the feedback capability. The Auction Scripts that I saw ranged from $25-$100, so I am expecting the price quotes to this project to be similar in price STOPzilla!
