Description:	I need a cgi script or a command line tool to convert .flv files to .jpg files I only need to convert the first frame in each flv file. It will be for a snapshot feature. I have attached a cgi script that converts .flv files to .swf files but not .jpg The script is perl but was converted to exe. FLV are flash video files. I need this done as soon as possible and it needs to work on my windows 2003 server. I have tried ffmpeg with no sucess.
