Description:	I need a programmer to create a simple interface that allows www.clickbank.com merchants to instantly create an upsell (intermediary page) so that when someone clicks the order button (on the clickbank merchants sales page), they are brought to an upsell page where they are given a choice of clicking yes or no (for a more expensive product) to be added to their order. This page creation software must work seamlessly with clickbank, and it must also work seamlessly for any of the merchants affiliates. So if one of the cickbanks merchants affiliates refers a customer to the merchants page that is using this upsell page (which is created using this software), they will get credit for the sale whether the person decides to ad the upsell or not.
