" This should be an easy script to do, and I'm willing to pay for results, and have an ongoing relationship with the programmer. I need a web-based app that finds arbitrage opportunities in sports betting. I can find many arbitrage opportunities manually, but I need to have a program written that does it for me... 1) I need a program that constantly and efficiently looks at the odds pages of the top 30 or 40 casinos (list of casinos provided) and strip out the data and put it into some sort of database. This needs to be done all day, every day, and needs to be updated every few minutes. 2) CRITICALLY IMPORTANT: The casinos should also not be aware that their data is being stripped and analyzed. 3) There should be an admin interface for me to adjust settings on the script. 4) The script should have some sort of flexible parser that allows me to add new casinos, and adjust the program in case one of the casinos changes that page that we're stripping data from. 5) The data then needs to be examined and some basic mathematical calculations performed. The calculations are quite simple, just looking to see if an arbitrage opportunity exists. I have the complete formulas to use, it's not complex, and they will be provided to you. 6) If an "arbitrage" opportunity exists, the program needs to format the data into a standard format and email it IMMEDIATELY to a listserver. Simple enough?
