Note: This will be an ongoing project and many modules will be added to the system once we are finished with the initial one. You must also provide the script with it's own install script so that it easy to install, and you must write a user manual for it. Acceptable Bidding Terms: 1. Please bid only if you can finish the project in a reasonable time. 2. If you are the kind which disappears in the middle of the project, please do not waste your time, or ours. 3. Please do not bid outrageously high as doing so will just be ignored. 4. Please note that we don't want an exact clone, but a competing product. We will own all code and resell rights to product. 5. Please let us know about the support you will provide after the project completion. 6. Please provide similar work you have done as samples so we can see your work/style. 7. The script might be available for resale in the future, so we would own all the rights to it. 8. A flash communication server should not be needed. 9. We are willing to accept you as a partner if we see you make good progress. Payment Terms: 1. A minimum deposit shall be paid once an acceptable demo is provided. 2.
