Description:	I don't know what kind of script this needs to be (I'm assuming CGI) but...I need a really good, easy-to-use 2-TIERED/2LEVEL affiliate program for my website "turnkey.Leap-Host.com". From the admin area, I want to be able to add & delete items easily, edit the commission percentage for ALL items or for individual items, access ALL statistics, manually enter/edit members, be able to pay all commissions through PayPal or StormPay with the click of a button.
