I need to have someone take the sectioned contents from my documents and arrange
them so that it looks like the following format :

INSTEAD OF LINKS TO CALCULATORS, I need links to text sections. I already have
all the pages READ DOC, I just need someone who can take it into dreamweaver and
make simple modifications. Essentially just create a new page with the same
header. You can make suggestions if you think it will make the project look
better.

The get quote button at the top needs to point to the following web form which
is already complete.

www.mannysoprano.com/index2.html

I need you to take this webform, and add the header from the other site. This
is a simple for someone who is knows how to do this. I'm am working on limited
budget. I need to have the main page and web form look the same /uniform. I
would like the header to have random images.

Finally, I need you to upload it to my server under the www.mannysoprano.com
domain.
