Description:	We currenlt have a web site with a static image menu for 11 links. We need a new menu built to match this site and add many submenus to the 11 links. Our goal is to eliminate some of the 11 links and instead show them as submenus in the new menu. We will need to be able to add/delete/modify the main links and sublinks easily if we want to.
