put a website url or several url's to be voted on. In the user system it will notify them if their site has been voted on yet or if still in queue, when that user logs into the site. Their will be e-mail confirmation when a url is entered into the system under a users account. From the Administrator side ... the admin can vote on the site on a scale of 1 - 10 for 3 different catagories. Also the administrator can give several people access to a tool that will allow those other people to vote on submitted websites as well. Once a website is voted on the system would have certain paramaters if 23 or less points the website is denied if 24 or more points the website is approved. This would also trigger an e-mail to the user of the website letting them know if the site was approved or denied. The admin sectin should also have a tool to e-mail to all users, all approved users, and all denied users. Very simple system, just trying to explain as best as I can!
