The current uploader works fine but we need an new uploader with the ability to compress the file before uploading to make the file as small as possible. 2) The uploader needs to use the latest in file compression technology so that even if a file is zipped the compression software can make it as small as possible. 3) The most important thing is that each Project will have a separate folder where the files are uploaded. The uploaded files must be in the same folder of the same project. 4) The file uploader that will display a progress indicator while uploading. 5) It must be able to handle large size file uploads (1-100 megs) while displaying progress idicator and not timing out. 6) I will also accept quotes on Java, perl applet based uploading, but the upload script must be integrated into a php mysql portal system and must pass filename of the uploaded file to a PHP mysql database. 7) Please be aware that I have a very...very small budget to comple this task. 8) Payment will only be made when the system has been integrated and working on my server. 9) I have had many people who bid but do not have the required experience to be able to handle complex task so warning this is a complex task so please do not bidd if you are a beginner.
