I need this to run on windows 95 - XP and would like it to work on mac too in
Internet Explorer
Would like it to work on Mac too if it can.

It needs to have these fields at the top:

Dealer Info:
Name
DBA
Address
City
State (with list of US states like MO not Missouri and Other) If other is
selected it gives a box for you to put it in.
Zip

Our UCC:
UCC Number
Date Filed
Date Continued
Date Expires
Completed By
Date Notified


Then below it it need to have these fields and checkboxes:

UCC Records:
Secured Party
Address
City
State (with list of US states and other) If other is selected it gives a box
for you to put it in.
Zip
Certified
Date Filed
In Lue Date
Date Continued
Date Expires
B/L
Use for UUC Check List (checkbox) Use for PMSIs (checkbox)

Next Record (when clicked it should show anther set of the UCC Record fields
with out reloading the page.)

Should have buttons here: Process & Save Save



Save - saves the info for later.
Process - Processes the information into files and shows a window to choose
where to save it, saves the two files (names should be Dealer Name PMSIs.doc and
Dealer Name UCC Checklist.doc, and then shows a page with links that have these
two links:
Open UCC Checklist
Open PMSI
When one of those links is clicked on - it will open the file in Microsoft
Word.

The two files should be as follows and I should be able to edit them in
Microsoft Word:

UCC Checklist:
Has the Dealer Info, then the Our UCC info, then list the ucc records like
this:
Number Date Filed In Lue Continued Expires Secured Party B/L
Date Notified

PMSI:
Should be a letter that is formated like this:

Secured Party
Address
City, State, Zip

Todays Date


Letter contents - I will fill in when I edit the file.

Dealer
Address
City, State, Zip

Certified


I am good for the money - but I want to test it before I pay. I will pay with
